ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 White 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Mop

Ecovacs deebot N30 plus is a life saver for me. With two kids around i cant find time to clean and mop around the house. But this product saves me time and does the work clean.The cons that I face is mine is duplex house. So have to lift the device and station to clean first floor. Other than that all are good

I am quite impressed with the ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Plus. I was looking for a "set it and forget it" solution, and this hits the mark perfectly. Here is why I love it:Powerful Cleanup: It handles the transition from floors to carpets seamlessly, and the suction is strong enough to grab hidden dust I didn't even know was there.Mopping is a Bonus: Being able to vacuum and mop in one go saves me so much time, and the floors actually feel clean, not just wet.Zero Maintenance: The auto-empty station is the best feature—I haven't had to touch a dustbin in weeks!Smart Tech: It mapped my house quite efficiently.Looks Great: The white finish is sleek and modern—it doesn't look like a piece of industrial equipment sitting in my living room.Demo: The demo done by the agent was also quite good.

Works well but has 2 issues. 1) I bought the white model and in India, it gets super-dirty, especially the on-ramp pad that it has on the charging base. Hence you need to clean the cleaner. Next time I will go with a dark color. 2) The on-ramp pad that it has on the charging base is too high and if you have smooth tiles, then the wheels on the robot vacuum slip while trying to empty/recharge the robot! Essentially as the robot mounts the on-ramp pad of the charging base, it has less traction with the ground as the wheels get lifted during this step of its operation, at which point it gets stuck. Hence I almost returned the product thinking its defective, having had to place it back on the charging base manually several times. The app though has a product support feature (which is the original company and not Amazon) and they were well aware of this issue. They requested I place 'masking tape' (available on Amazon) on the edge where the robot climbs onto the on-ramp pad and a bit on the on-ramp pad. This solved the issue but really it is a design flaw since in my opinion they should have designed the product sans on-ramp pad; nothing to climb and nothing to get dirty. Aside from these 2 defects, its vacuuming performance is great and vacuums + mops the home for a very long time, going over all areas multiple times each time it runs. This has the advantage of catching any missed spots and softening up any hard stains for the second round. I rarely need to use an actual mop now. It even picks up debries (plaster pieces from replacing a wall plate) that my hand-held vacuum (with a carpet attachment) does not. I run it twice daily and every room is shining, even the hard to reach places under furniture. Well worth the money.

The robot works fine , the zero tangle is a bit questionable as I found that hair and threads are still getting tangled in some cases. There is no cleaning solution available in India so it will be just a plan mop with clean water. Apart from these minor things it works well and does its job. The self emptying dust feature is a good one as we can empty dust from the main container once in a week. The app also works well.

Review:I am very happy with this robot vacuum. It cleans the floor properly and picks up dust and hair very well. I mainly used it on Strong suction power, Medium water flow, and Two cleaning passes, and the results were very good.The cleaning coverage is impressive and it works smoothly without missing spots. It is especially helpful for daily maintenance cleaning at home. If you have pets like a small Shih Tzu, it handles fur nicely.The only thing to note is the noise level. During operation it reaches around 95 dB, so it is a bit loud, but the cleaning performance makes up for it.Overall, a very good product and worth buying.
